Interior Design

In short: interior design at our studio means full responsibility for how a space looks, functions, and feels — space planning, materials, lighting, and furniture — delivered as 3D renders you approve before anything is built or bought. Packages start from SAR 120/m², with execution priced separately based on your chosen finishes.

If you want a space that looks intentional and feels right to live in — not just decorated — this is where we start. Interior design at our studio means we take responsibility for every surface, fixture, and piece of furniture in the room, so the result reads as one coherent idea instead of a collection of purchases made at different times, for different reasons, that happen to share a floor.

Who this is for

Homeowners furnishing a new apartment or villa, families renovating a space they've outgrown, and business owners who want an office that reflects how they work rather than whatever the previous tenant left behind. If you have a floor plan and a rough sense of how you want to feel in the space — calm, warm, sharp, quiet — we can take it from there.

Who this isn't for

If you already have a finished design and just need someone to build it, that's project management, not interior design — you'd be paying for design decisions you've already made. And if you're still deciding whether to renovate at all, start with a consultation instead; there's no reason to pay for a full design package before you're sure of the direction.

What's included

  • Space planning and furniture layout for every room in scope — not just the "hero" rooms like the majlis or living area
  • Moodboards and material palettes, so you approve the direction before we get specific
  • Photorealistic 3D renders of every room, before anything is ordered or built
  • Full finish schedule: flooring, wall treatments, lighting fixtures, joinery specifications
  • Furniture and accessory sourcing list with a bill of quantities for transparent budgeting
  • Site visits during execution to confirm what's being built matches what you approved
  • A single point of contact throughout — you're not managing three different vendors' opinions on your own

Our process for this service

  1. Consultation — we walk the space (or review the drawings) with you and talk through how you actually use each room, not just how a magazine says the room should be used.
  2. Concept — moodboards and a direction: materials, palette, overall feel. This is where we align on taste before spending time on detail.
  3. 3D design — full renders of every room so you can see the result before committing to it. Nothing gets built off a mood board alone.
  4. Execution — we supervise contractors and suppliers so the build matches the render, catching drift early rather than at handover.
  5. Handover — final walkthrough, styling touches, and a support window for any adjustments once you're actually living in the space.

Interior design vs. just buying furniture

A lot of clients ask, reasonably, why not just buy nice furniture and skip the design fee. The honest answer: furniture alone doesn't solve layout, lighting, or how spaces relate to each other. We regularly see rooms where every individual piece is beautiful but the room as a whole doesn't work — traffic flow is awkward, lighting fights the layout, or the "good" furniture ends up facing a blank wall instead of the view. Design fixes the relationships between things, not just the things themselves.

What affects the cost

Interior design pricing depends on the size of the space, the level of customization (fully custom joinery costs more than curated furniture), and how many rooms are in scope. As a starting point, expect from SAR 120 per square meter for the design package itself, with execution costs quoted separately based on your chosen finishes. A single-room refresh with curated furniture sits at the lower end; a full villa with custom cabinetry throughout sits meaningfully higher — ask for a written quote once you know your rough scope rather than budgeting off the per-meter number alone.
